Well it's nice to see that Dave now all of the sudden has plenty to say about my team...I was worried that maybe he was going to pull a Marty and disappear until his next win since he is well on his way to losing his 2nd straight...to Comet of all people.
I thought about making counter-offers to some of the deals that have been presented to me in the last 24 hours, but at this point I think I'll just hold tight for a bit and let the chips fall where they may. I'm not so desperate to beat Dave next week that I feel obligated to sell off multiple core components just to improve my chances of winning one week.
And B7, are you serious? Young for Morrow?? #4 SP for #2 3B? Dude, Young is a #1 3B who is just not doing it right now but soon will be. And Morrow is a bum who you already dropped and picked up again and are soon to drop again.
You do realize that Young is 35 years old and only hit 11 HRs last year right...if you want to hold onto him and hope that he miracously returns to last year's level of production, then by all means do it, but I'm not giving you one of my Top 3 SPs for him when he's not likely much better than Headley who is already on my roster.
Fred is doing the best he can trying to package last 7 day wonders to pick up long term value, something he has acused me of for years... still waiting for him to call me "Mr little orange box" the reality is, the tables have turned and Fred is trying to sell his little orange boxes as legitimate all Stars and nobody, after 4 years of watching this BS is biting.
