arrogance and ignorance work as a player. in any other arena other than rap, it doesnt play. thus mr thomas has shown his true self the more time goes on.

Isiah is a great talent evaluator as a scout, he should leaving coaching alone for awhile and become an analyst or something.

Amazing how this dude keeps getting coaching and management gigs. Couldn't coach his way out of a paper bag and can't evaluate talent worth squat. Reputation as a player=excellent. Reputation otherwise=worthless. Let him pass into obscurity already please!

ATizzy How was he a good coach for the Pacers? His teams never made it past the first round. Especially disturbing was their disgraceful performance against a woeful Celtics team where they lost the series in 6 games. The fact that Carlisle led them to the best record in the NBA the year after this idiot left proves how much he handicapped them.

This guy has never been able to coach a lick at any level. Maybe he could be a scout for some NBA team, but that's about it.

I just hope the Knicks don't hire him and they do hire Calipari, then name Thomas the GM afterward, which leads to Calipari being fired in a few years because of Thomas's horrible management skills. Hilarious that this guy sucks so bad for so long, yet people keep giving him jobs.

I don't understand why he did not go the analyst route. He's a damn jinx for any team he touches. he has the charisma to pull off a tv job, and i think i would enjoy hearing the guy talk. Hell, if sir charles can do it...
