Okay, guys, starting to round out the league. Foot, Sam, Scape, Joe, Lefty, Fuzzy, Duff, DUB and Treff, does the doctor pass muster?

I'm with Sam.  Doc is okay by me.  Just curious as to what his experience is (i.e. how many years, what type of leagues, etc.)


And I see that Dog has either no opinion on the matter or has been just left speechless! 

By the way, who's replacing Boomer in the MBBRL-Version 1.0 and how many do you have lined up so far for the MBBRL-Version 2.0?

I thought there was a waiting list?

The A league (Keepers of the Flame) is full - if One4 doesn't show, dog takes his spot.

The B league (Barbarians at the Gate) looks like this so far: dog, monkey, ram (sounds like the Chinese zodiac), hawk, thinkclear, probably doctord and C8, and the drone.

jacobbartley and aa73081 lobbied last year but haven't really shown up yet this season.

So there are still two to four spots available. The MBBRL old guard just have to give their imprimatur to people who ask in. C8 and the doctor have my vote.

FYI, TKOSpikes, who was standing by at draft time last year, was brought into Boomer's spot.

I'm good with the Doc joining in. ..... I've got insurance.

I have no problem with Doctors as I should have been one.

Couldn't resist Foot.  But I will say you should rein it in a bit already.  You're a bit too excited and the season hasn't even started yet.  Easy boy!  It's a marathon, not a sprint.

What a coinsidence. You guy know how I have been saying Lamar Miller is gonna be a break out back this year ever since the NFL draft. Well I have been checking Jamey E's and Richard's rankings list and he has been no where to be found.Until now that is. Now he is ranked 75the on JE's list and 77. Hmmmmm. No applause just money please.

I'm having my pre-draft meeting 2morrow,its going to be crazy.....10 guys from their early 30's to their early 50's,with a bunch of beer and only god knows what else and i haven't seen some of these guys since the season was over.....its going to be wild!!!!!!!

Did some back-reading on this thread from after the draft.  Foot, not once have you ever said any such thing about Lamar Miller.  You've raved about Tannehill and made a bet but no mention of Miller anywhere other than asking for a few others' opinions on the Dolphins 2 new RB's.


I did, however, find something that Joe posted that made me laugh again:

I have an old cell phone without a keyboard. So when I text someone I have to use the T9 function. When ever I hit the keypad to spell "dont" (the contraction for 'do not' without the apostrophe, which is 3-6-6-8) the T9 function defaults to "foot." I don't use the word "foot" much in daily conversation. (Not as much as the word "dont" anyway.)

But don't you think it is ironic, or odd, or eerie that FOOT is a default for DON'T?
