OMG is it ever hard to stop smoking.........I have cut down a lot but find it very diificult to go a full day without one.



I have also cut back on drinking coffee and beer......which has helped when fighting the cravings.



And I have cut back on Fantasy Sports as well..........less time sitting in front of the computer really helps....I've always been active and love been outdoor's doing stuff........Cindy I'm trying the 4 D's for quitting..........1) Deep Breathing  2) Drink Water  3) Divert the Craving 4) Do Something.



I'm still smoking BUT not nearly as much..........and saving money as well.

Depends on who is calling the plays I would think.  Payton was also calling the plays so I would think there will be a bit of a dropoff, but not a significant one.
