The draft was actually fun to watch last night with all of the trades, and the camera's out of the green room showing a player talking to the team 5 min. before it is announced. 

Titans got a reciever that they need Larry, where do they need to fill in holes now? 

The Colts need a whole new team.  Picking second tonight and TE Coby Fleener still on the board, I'll bet they get Luck his buddy to help.  But where they need to look is on defense, with the Colts switching to a 3-4 which is the EXACT OPPOSITE of a speed defense where they have players now, they better find some bulk for the center of the line.

Wright was a great pick at #20 Larry..should help immediately.

As I said over in the B&G very happy with the DeCastro pick for the Steelers.  Filled a need and you can't do much better.  Best guard prospect in the past 2-3 drafts.

Jason Dufner and Ernie Els were going at it pretty hard all day. T-Girl had the overall top segment points for the week with yours truly running a close second.  

And once again, RR's guys collapse in the 4th round.  :)

I don't know much about golf and usually only check to see who's winning the Majors..how does fantasy golf work?

Like NASCAR you pick two A golfers  4 B golfers and 2 C golfers . Whatever your golfer has at the end of a round that is your score. If one of those golfers wins the tournament you receive bunus points. Pretty good you should try Tar Heel Toms league next season. 

David DeCastro's phone was ringing. On the other end was a two-time Super Bowl champion and the man DeCasto was drafted to protect. The Stanford guard, selected No. 24 by the Pittsburgh Steelers in Thursday's NFL draft, was getting a congratulatory call from Ben Roethlisberger.

DeCastro answered and Roethlisberger welcomed him to the team. The rookie's response? "Did you get those flight plans?"

DeCastro thought Roethlisberger was the team's traveling coordinator booking his flight to Pittsburgh for his introductory press conference. He apparently didn't realize he was receiving a call from someone a little higher up on the franchise's organizational flowchart.

"He was saying, 'Did you get those flight plans? Did you get those flight plans?''' Roethlisberger told a group at the Blair County Convention Center over the weekend. After a few seconds, DeCastro figured it out.

"I can't wait once we get started to get on him about that,'' Roethlisberger joked, thus ensuring that DeCastro won't go a single day of training camp without hearing his six-word question.

 

 Pretty good you should try Tar Heel Toms league next season.   

   



It is a great league with GREAT people............the Vancouver Volcanos are leading in the 2nd segment.....YAHOO.



Has anyone heard from T-Girl ???...........I know she moved........BUT I miss her eh and I hope she is OK.

Yes Larry she is in the middle of moving and I guess her presence is being missed. Cindy is doing fine, shes a Panthers fan. They are a tough breed. lol

By the time Vilmas suspension is over he should be ready to call it quits. Football wont be the same. Everytime a Saints player makes a hit people will wonder is it a Bounty?
