The Prayers thread has been deleted again (5th time!) so it's now a blog that is open to anyone who wants to seek or give encouragement, share a word or a prayer, and pray for our athletes and report their stories, support our troops--the same positive things we have always done.

It is very ironic that such high regard would be placed on removing a thread that is docile and intended ONLY for good when there are numerous threads throughout that are the opposite. The Prayers threads are for anyone that wants to come to them (in a peaceful manner) with encouragement, for encouragement, and for the purpose of impacting lives through prayer and positive reinforcement. No idea's or religious affirmations are placed on anyone, nor does the prayers thread discriminate against belief. We are a "COMMUNITY" of believers, and it is dis heartening that something of such significant value to many within YOUR COMMUNITY are continuously told (through deletion of the prayer threads) that we do not matter, or the thread is a problem, or perhaps it does not jive with your own personal belief system?
You allow avatars that are half naked, if not naked. I guess that is cool, but think how that potentially could effect marriages and relationships. I know, not your problem. YOU PROMOTE SEXISM! You allow racist threads, not to mention racist comments. You allow political bashing because of it's political correctness. Think about that. We need to know that if we create another prayers thread on off-topic that it will remain. You look at the members, or consistent posters on the Prayers thread, look at the upheld warnings given to them. ZERO! Positive people, doing positive things, in a humble, prayerful way.
I can not believe the threads that you (CBS) are willing to keep up long term, yet you take down a peaceful thread time and time again. Sad!
I'm not posting here to debate anything or start trouble. I'm sure many of you have debated with me at some point in the past. That was always on other threads. I don't bother anybody here.

There are some situations that arise in our lives that are as difficult to get through as a deep snowdrift or shifting sand. We struggle, and the more we do, the worse off we become. God reaches out to us in thos e times, gladly lending a hand. He will enlarge our steps, so that we might get over the toughest problems. Believe it.
Prayer:
Dear Lord, equip me with the means to meet life's problems. Often I flounder around, sinking deeper and deeper into tough situations. Set me back on my feet, I pray. Amen.

Michael, hope you like it! I'm still a novice but it was a fun project. (Now in a very threatening voice: Send chocolates or I will Photoshop the pictures into Elvis impersonators and set it to "Heartbreak Hotel" and put it on YouTube, ahhhhh.) Nope, that's not going to happen! lol And I can't eat chocolates anyway! hehe But it would be funny if I dressed everyone in the uniforms of their arch rival teams? Nope, not that kinda girl!
